Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every client to feel confident working with Lirori Marketing LLC. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our services.
1. Monthly Retainers
Our marketing services are billed as monthly retainers, paid in advance. Because work, planning, and resource allocation begin at the start of each billing cycle, retainer fees for the current month are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your engagement at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to hello@lirorimarketing.com. Your services will continue through the end of the notice period, and no further charges will be made after that period ends.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you believe services were not delivered as agreed, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the engagement in good faith and, at our discretion, may issue a partial or full refund for work not yet performed. Setup fees and completed deliverables are non-refundable.
4. Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets are paid directly by clients to third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta) through accounts the client owns. Lirori does not hold or refund advertising spend, as those funds are managed by the platforms.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss a billing concern, email hello@lirorimarketing.com with your company name and invoice details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
